I thought it would be fun to put a contemporary twist on a recipe that is a “blast from my past!” When I was a child I loved to make Haystacks, a classic recipe made from butterscotch chips and chow mein noodles. It felt so liberating being able to create this delicious little bites all on my own, no stove top cooking necessary! Now that I am a Mom, I thought my children would like to make them as well. Instead of butterscotch chips, I choose to use white chocolate and coconut. I also formed them into birds nest, and filled them with jelly beans to welcome spring. Serve them at Easter, spring parties or as a cute surprise at the next baby shower. I hope this recipe creates new memories for you and your family. Click here to veiw complete recipe!
